Snerra was founded with the main goal of offering project management based on standard and recognized methods, among other things in accordance with the publications and guidelines of IPMA (International Project Management Association). Although Snerra has developed and more services have been created, project management is and will continue to be one of the main pillars of the company's operations.
Consultations & Education
We would like to share our knowledge and experience and thus contribute to the advancement of professional project management. Snerra provides advice on various aspects of project and change management. In addition, the company offers courses for small and large groups, for example on the basics of project management, implementation of process-oriented activities, change management, time management and other aspects that have a contact with project management.
System Operation & Cost Analysis
Ever since its foundation, Snerra has had a strong relationship with the telecommunications sector. In the first years, some of the biggest projects and consultancy were related to telecommunications. Later, the decision was made to step even more firmly on the ground in terms of electronic communications and implement a control system in order to operate an electronic communications system for Snerra's customers. This decision was well received by customers and this operational aspect is growing from year to year within the company's operations.
